Stay Light on Your Feet!

One of the most important aspects of every great athlete is that they are light on their feet, ready to react at any time! These people are able to run faster and jump higher, using less energy when performing any task. As a result, their movements look effortless, and they are able to consistently perform at higher levels without undue fatigue.

Many of you reading this are going through life feeling weighed down all the time. Daily tasks such as walking up-stairs or bending over are becoming more of a challenge and might even cause pain when performing them. This loss of “spring†in one’s step results in a less efficient you, causing increased fatigue and an overall decreased quality of life!

Although loss of bodily spring is one of the first signs of physical aging, people can work to develop the all-important “spring in their step†again. How many times have you thought about going to the gym but then realized you only have 30 minutes to train? Many of you are limited by this train of thought because you rely on commercialized exercise machines. What you don’t realize is that you could be performing a total body fat-burning workout in less than 15 minutes.

Whatever your age and ability level, jumping rope will provide you with the most bang for your buck! Along with being posturally efficient, jumping rope will allow you to:

Stay light on your feet
Develop the natural weight belt critical to spinal health
Conserve energy when performing at higher intensity levels
Experience less impact and greater fat-burning benefits
Spend less time achieving significantly greater results!
At NXT, our coaches will show you that jumping rope is all the ammunition you need to achieve your results and develop that all-important “spring†in your step!
