My Process for Relieving Pain and Enhancing Athletic Performance

During my 20+ years of training, I have worked with a diverse group of people with varying levels of training experience. For some clients, it was hard because it was their first time training, and they were fearful, while others had years of experience in the iron game. It doesn’t matter if you are a rookie or a seasoned veteran; your training will be individualized, and you will gain an education for life.

During your first session at NXT, an assessment will be performed to identify your individual strengths and weaknesses that could predispose you to excess joint stress. This is your first step to achieving the results you want, as it will help determine the appropriate exercises you need to effectively build your foundation for future health and performance.

Throughout your training, movements will be performed, and goals will be achieved under the watchful eye of our experienced coaches. Whether you are a rookie or a veteran, you will be taught and cued on how to safely and effectively perform each movement. This will not only help prevent injury but will also enable you to develop the awareness needed to control your body from the inside out. As a result, you will gain strength and achieve goals due to establishing a proper foundation.
