Pain management is one of the more common health challenges facing many people in society today. The majority of you have at one point in your life experienced joint pain in some way or another. Whether it was a sprained ankle when playing a sport, back pain when bending to pick something up or shoulder pain when reaching overhead, it usually happens when least expected.
What most of you don’t realize is that pain is the symptom of a deeper root cause. Our bodies are made for survival, and if we do experience pain, our bodies will find ways to allow us to keep moving. Although suboptimal, many people go through life experiencing back pain on and off for months/years unable to free themselves of this vicious cycle.
At NXT our goal is to free you from this vicious cycle of pain. Our coaches are highly skilled in assessing movement, and we conduct individualized Postural/Movement assessments to identify the “root cause” of the pain. Based on this assessment and your personal goals, we then develop an individualized program to establish structural balance first.
