NXT Performance Training provides In-home Weight Loss Coaching to Paoli and the surrounding Main Line communities, including Ardmore, Bala Cynwyd, Berwyn, Bryn Mawr, Devon, Malvern, Narberth, Newtown Square, Wayne and Wynnewood.

Many of you who go to the gym an average of 3x/week show mediocre results over months/years of training. As a result, you will either train more often and develop repetitive strain injuries or stop training altogether due to frustration.

Besides time commitment and stress levels, one of the greatest challenges people face in today’s society is the plethora of information available to us at our fingertips. We are inundated with emails, infomercials and friends or relatives promoting products and programs that claim the greatest results in the least amount of time. The amount of information available can be confusing, leading people to jump from program to program searching for the most effective program to achieve their goals.
