I have been a Personal Trainer / Performance Coach on the Main Line for the last 8 years. I graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science.
I have 15+ years experience working with diverse populations including Special needs and Post-rehabto Corporate Wellness and Elite level athletes
I also hold certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM) and Team USA Weightlifting (USAW)
In January of 2013 I suffered a broken back as the result of a car accident. While this could have been debilitating and a Life-long stressor, I implemented my Learn how to Train, Get out of Pain philosophy to re-establish structural balance and progressed at a rate faster than what was expected.
Initially being told that I would not be golfing for 1 year, I was cleared to golf in April of 2013. Without a solid foundation and Awareness of the body this would not have been possible! I had to use my own philosophy. I had to learn how to train to get out of pain.
